Share Your Input: Restorative Practices in Education Policy & Legislation Survey from NACRJ

Dear NACRJ Community,
The National Association of Community and Restorative Justice (NACRJ) is conducting a Restorative Practices in Education Policy and Legislation Impact Survey to better understand how state and federal policy affects restorative justice practices in K–12 educational settings.
The survey has been designed in collaboration with academic partners from Florida Atlantic University and the University of California School of Law to gain insights into your experiences and help NACRJ tailor its work to best meet the needs of practitioners and communities across the country.
- The survey is specific to K-12 education settings. We plan to conduct a separate survey at a later date focused on restorative justice in other areas of practice.
- To be eligible for the survey, you must be either 1) a K-12 educator, administrator, or staff person, or 2) a consultant or contractor working in a K-12 school district.
- The survey is completely anonymous
- For most participants, it will take under 15 minutes to complete. If you choose to look up information while responding, it may take a bit longer.
The survey will remain open until October 17, 2025.
We also ask that you share this survey with others who may be interested in completing it. The broader the range of responses, the stronger our understanding will be. Later this year, we will share our findings with the NACRJ community via our email list. If you would like to add your name to the list to ensure you receive the results, please submit your name and email address here.
For questions regarding this survey, please email info@nacrj.org.
We thank you in advance for sharing your experiences and supporting the work of NACRJ.
Sincerely,
Joel Friesz
Executive Director
