I’m Lucinda Cross, and I am thrilled to officially introduce myself as the new Conference and Events Director for the National Association of Community and Restorative Justice. What an honor it is to step into this role at such a pivotal and powerful time, especially as we prepare for our 10th National Conference in 2026, hosted in the vibrant, soulful city of New Orleans.

This isn't just another conference. It's a milestone moment, a chance for our community to come together and reflect, reconnect, and reimagine the future of community and restorative justice. From local advocates to national leaders, youth voices to seasoned elders, this gathering is about all of us.

As someone who has dedicated my life to advocacy, reentry, and transformational healing, I know how much these spaces mean. But we can’t do this without you.
